RecepAI provides an AI receptionist service to hotels, including messaging over WhatsApp. We respect your right to have your personal data deleted.
Data we may hold: your name, phone number, and the content of messages you exchange with a hotel's AI receptionist (including over WhatsApp), used solely to answer your requests and assist the hotel.
How to request deletion:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the phone/email you used; or
- Ask the hotel directly — staff can erase your guest profile from the RecepAI system (the "Erase data (GDPR)" feature you already have).
